Scope Creation
In this first phase, we take the time to understand your unique needs. For families managing progressive disabilities, we collaborate with your Occupational Therapist (OT) or one of our on-contract OTs to make sure the plans meet both current and future requirements. When renovations are phased, we carefully plan so costs are minimized and future updates fit seamlessly.
Accessibility Planning
Once floor plans are approved, our Designer & Selections Coordinator works with you (and your OT if needed) to identify the right solutions. This could mean barrier-free layouts, thoughtfully placed fixtures, or handicap accessible bedroom renovations that make everyday routines simpler and safer. Every detail is chosen to fit your lifestyle, not just today but for years to come.
